Influences

A walk on the beach, an exhibition of Gustav Klimt and Franz Marc paintings, the vaults of a gem dealer in Idar-Oberstein. Each leaves an impression, finds an outlet in the creative moment, not consciously but spontaneously. We discovered that having witnessed Klimt and Marc’s paintings, we selected gems closely related to the images. Subliminal, unforced choices led to a new collection of works.
